Our Resilience Coaching program is designed to help individuals build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and create forward momentum in their lives. Whether you're navigating major transitions, managing stress, or rebuilding after adversity, this coaching experience offers structured, strengths-based support tailored to your goals. Led by Licensed Professional Counselor and resilience expert Desmond Eric Ketter, our coaching combines psychological insight, lived experience, and practical tools to help you: 1. Build resilience and emotional regulation 2. Improve confidence and clarity in life decisions 3. Set and achieve personal or professional goals 4. Reframe challenges into opportunities for growth 5. Strengthen self-worth and mental focus Coaching is available virtually or in person. Note: Resilience Coaching is a self-pay service and not covered by insurance.
